How it works:

Step 1: Choose a package that would feel would be best for your event. If you are unsure, no problem! We will help guide you.

Step 2: Fill out the survey so we can get a better understanding of what you want. From there, we will contact you to set a meeting. At the meeting, we will go over all the small details and put you information into our formula to direct us on how much of everything we need. We will also go over any add-ons if preferred.

Step 3: Once everything is agreed upon, we go over and sign the contract and pay the deposit.

Step 4: We will contact you with the exact amount of product necessary and set up the liquor purchase. You purchase the liquor and then we facilitate the rest!

We will keep in contact with you leading up to your event to make sure we are fully prepared to make your event as special as it can be!

  • Horse Bar Trailer Rental

    Are you interested in renting out the trailer only for your event? Or maybe you want it in the background for photoshoots? Our rustic trailer is perfect for you!

    Prices starting at: $300 for photoshoots

    $950 for trailer rental

  • All Inclusive Package

    This package covers it all! Bar trailer rental, TABC certified bartender, beer, wine and cocktails!

    Prices starting at: $1750

  • Beer and Wine Only

    Maybe you don’t want include liquor. Sometimes beer and wine is all you need! This package also includes bar trailer rental and TABC certified bartender!

    Prices starting at: $1500

  • Per Person Pricing

    This package is best for smaller gatherings! You only pay for what you’ll need. This package also includes a TABC certified bartender!
